A Better Gen Privacy Policy Last updated: 13 October 2026

The short version: I don’t collect your data. What you write in the app stays on your phone, and I don’t use tracking tools on this website.

The Website When you visit the A Better Gen website, basic web server logs or standard hosting analytics may process non-identifiable technical data (like browser type or general traffic stats) solely to keep the site running smoothly. No invasive tracking cookies or advertising pixels are used.

The App:

What is stored The app saves the short notes you write on the Notice tab, along with the date you saved each one. Your notes are stored on your device only. They are shown back to you as cards on the Affirm tab and are not used for anything else.

What the app does not do:

• It does not ask you to create an account.

• It does not send your notes, or any other information about you, to me or to anyone else.

• It does not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools.

• It does not ask for access to your contacts, photos, location, camera or microphone.
  

Sharing: Because I don’t collect your notes or personal website data, I have nothing to share with third parties.

Keeping and deleting your notes: Your notes stay on your phone until you delete them. You can delete any note with the trash icon next to it on the Notice tab. Deleting the app removes all of its saved notes from your phone. If you back up your phone, for example with iCloud, your notes may be included in that backup, your saved notes are included in that backup—just like your other app data. You can manage this through your Apple settings.

Children: A Better Gen is made for adults and is not directed at children.

Changes to this policy: If the website or app changes in a way that affects your privacy, I will update this page and the date at the top.
